We got the high chair delivered by UPS as on Friday as promised and I put it together. It is great! I love the way it looks and I've adjust the seat and foot rest to fit Hadley's chubby little legs. She's not sitting unassisted for any amount of time yet, so we sat her down, strapped her in and used the tray attachment. I opted for the "accessory kit" that comes with a wooden tray attachment, wooden grab bar attachment and washable seat pads. I put some toys on the tray for her while John and I had lunch. She was content to sit and play with her toys. Who knew a baby in a high chair could look so adorable?? You can see pictures of said cuteness on John's page. I have yet to upload pictures onto my page.
The stroller was also a great purchase. The wheels were squeeking a little for John on a walk, but its nothing a little WD-40 can't fix. We will really get a chance to test it this weekend when we take it to the Olympic trials in Eugene. We are trying to get tickets to see some of the track events, but even if we don't get tickets we plan on heading down to walk around the little "village" they have set up. It should be a blast and we'll take lots of pictures. Have a great 4th of July weekend!
