We had a wonderful first Christmas with Hadley. My mom, and brother Justin (along with his wife and 2 kids) were able to come visit us over the holiday. We had so much catching up as they live in MN and we're in OR and just don't get to see each other that often (especially now with the cost of flying, ugh).

I could have given Michael Keaton a run for his money (if you don't recall, Keaton played Mr. Mom in the 1983 movie) this past weekend. Heather started feeling awful on Friday night and it continued through the weekend, which meant I was on full-time baby duty. No big deal, or so I thought.

So I'm unable to get rid of the ads along the right column unless I pay $20/month to do so. I'm not ready to lay down cold hard cash for you all just yet. I'm curious if anyone has even noticed the ads yet? They all have to do with wine and wine clubs (except the 'pimp your profile' ad).

Portlanders, get prepared. It's gonna be a hot one this weekend. The news is saying 90's though Monday. We've all waited for this moment for the past 8 months, and now it's finally here. I wonder how long it will take people to start complaining that it is now too hot?
