She hasn't really taken to the rice cereal for me, but apparently she ate it at daycare yesterday just fine. I think she knows that I've got the "other stuff" she wants. I've given her sweet potatoes a couple of times, sometimes she likes it, sometimes she doesn't. Same with the avocado/banana puree. She likes it about half the time. But, its still new, so I'm sure it will get better.

I think we should have another class reunion. I'd love to see all the babies (and mom's and dad's too!).

We started food this week with Hadley (sweet potatoes) so we finally got to put that high chair to some use! It was a lot of fun and she gobbled them right up. I didn't do anything last night because we were at a softball game but we're going to do it again tonight.

How is Claire doing?

I've never heard of ning.com, but apparently you can build your own social media site (like Facebook, Myspace, etc...). If you know of any other Portland mom's that you think would like to join, feel free to send them an invite. We set up a discussion forum on here as well, I'll have to get that going soon.

I got your email about the highchair on Facebook, just haven't responded yet. I'm glad you guys are so happy with it. Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow and I'm so excited. I think I told you, I had ordered the stroller too, so I will be getting the accessory kit for the high chair free of charge.

So Claire is enjoying solids huh? I'm so excited to start them, but Hadley just isn't interested yet. We're heading back to Minneapolis July 17th, and I'm going to wait at least until we get back to start them. She'll be 6 months old on July 30th. Isn't it crazy how time has flown by???
