Sony's babyCall monitor seems to work well for us...it has channels you can adjust...seems to hold a charge for awhile and has a good range too... only one time did i hear another person coming through on our monitor--we have 5 houses in close proxi…

Scarlett is about 18 or 19 pounds now. I really should weigh her...She is a chunky little gal. We sold our place in North PDX since I was tired of watching drug deals go down in front of the house...and there were a few shootings nearby that just put me over the edge. It's fine when it's just the two of us, but we didn't want Scarlett dealing with that. So, on a whim we put it on the market and it sold within 2 days. And we had to be out in under a month. I love the condo - just for not having to deal with a yard this summer - but I miss the dogs and it would be nice to have a yard. We went house hunting today and are hoping we find something soon. I can't imagine trying to remodel with Scarlett! I can imagine Gabrielle will make it fun for you guys.

So nice having the summer off! What will Gabrielle do when you go back full time? Will she go in daycare? I am still sticking it out until the 1 year mark and then will re-evaluate. Todd changed jobs at adidas and is traveling quite a bit - so it is just easier for me to hang-out for now (although, it's much harder then working ever was!).

How much does Gabrielle weigh now? I cannot believe she moves so much! Scarlett gets super angry as well - so I will be relieved when she can crawl proficiently. The screaming is getting old...was cute the first day...
