Pollen Allergies

Anyone else have babies suffering from pollen allergies?

Hadley coughs at night when we put her down and when she wakes up in the morning. She's not sneezing, or boogery, and otherwise normal so I don't think she has a cold, she is just coughing those two times of day.

I have the humidifier going in her room (BTW, anyone know how to disinfect/clean a humidifier?) so I know the air isn't dry. The only thing I can think of is possibly pollen allergies.

I figure it's got to be allergies. He is also rubbing his nose a bit too. I'm not sure what to do about it, but he doesn't seem too terribly bothered by it.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Angie Gassner on April 20, 2009 at 11:03am: hi heather! if it is allergies, i'd say use saline solution to clear her nasal passages of the pollens at least once day - perhaps before she goes to bed and maybe again when she wakes up in the morning if those are the worst times for her.
