Coffee Shops with Play Areas in Portland

Can anyone recommend a coffee shop in the Portland/Tigard area with a play area for kids? I was so disappointed to discover that Sip N Kranz has closed their playroom! Anna is finally ready to hang out and enjoy play areas like that, and I'd like to find a place that has a good one (i.e., cleaned on a regular basis and easy for me to keep an eye on her). We tried Urban Grind on NE Oregon a few weeks ago, and while the coffee was excellent, the playroom was not (too dirty). Anyone have a good one?

Sydney's Cafe may be a place to try - it is on my list to check out. I was there when Scarlett was very small. The play area is an open space, which is good since it requires the parents to physically be nearby - and parents are responsible for keeping the area clean.

I am also looking for other ideas too - S&K was sooo dirty, I swear Scarlett got sick every time we went near that place.; ▶ Reply to This

It's across from Childpeace Montessori, which got me thinking that we should be looking into preschools soon (that and an earlier post has prompted me to get going on it).
